This is a set of adapter plates to bolt a hellcat supercharger onto a Gen III/IV LS based GM engine with cathedral port heads. This will NOT fit on a Gen V LT Based engine. This also will NOT fit on a gen IV with rectangle port heads. This kit uses Gen V LT intake seals on the hellcat side of the adapter, and truck style cathedral port seals on the cylinder head side.

The Kit includes

  • 2 adapter plates.
  • 10 bolts to attach the adapter plates to the engine
  • 1 set of 8x seals to seal the adapters to the supercharger.
  • 1 set of truck style cathedral port seals

Things needed that the kit does not include

  • DJTuning Griptec Pulley hub with LSA spacing.
  • Griptec Pulley
  • Optional: LSA serpentine system. See these instructions from Chevrolet for part numbers and installation LSA Drive
  • Electronics to control the supercharger BPV. Options below
    • Standalone DJTuning Hellcat Bypass Valve Controller
    • Standalone Hellcat Smoothboost controller
    • We do not recommend the solid state relay option as others have tried. No long term reliability testing has been performed to validate this option as viable.
  • Wiring to connect the TMAP sensor
    • Connector Housing: TE Connectivity 2050052-1
    • Connector Pins: 4x TE Connectivity 1-968849-1
    • Connector Wire Seal: 4x TE Connectivity 828904-1
  • Wiring to connect the throttlebody
    • Gen 3 metal backed TAC modules (02-07 Truck) with single 8 pin throttlebody connector require a different Throttle Position Sensor Signal. This can be accomplished by using our adapter harness.
    • Gen 3 Plastic TAC Modules or Gen 4 ECMs only require a different throttlebody connector
  • Tuning for TMAP sensor, Injectors, Throttlebody, Boost, VE, Timing, etc.
    • Stock TMAP Temperature Sensor Calibration
      • Gen 3 PCMs (P01/P59) Units in Fahrenheit
      • Gen 4/5 ECMs or aftermarket Units in Fahrenheit

    • 2018+ 3 Bar TMAP Sensor Parameters
      • Linear: 309.25 kPa per 5 volts
      • Offset: 0.62 kPa at 0 volts
    • 2015-2017 2 Bar TMAP sensor parameters
      • Linear 227.1 kPa per 5 volts
      • Offset: 2.46 kPa at 0 volts
    • Stock Hellcat Injector Parameters
      • 57 lbs/hr at 4 bar (57 PSI)
      • Dead Time
  • Intercooler pump, radiator, lines ,wiring, etc.
  • Gen IV engines can have clearance issues with the Oil Pressure Sender. This can be fixed with an M14x1.5 90 degree elbow fitting.
